Dear ASPMN friends and colleagues,

The New Year is upon us, and we are excited to continue to recruit participants for the ERA Study - Addressing pain care inequities with Empowered Relief TM: A randomized controlled trial. 

Last fall some of you helped support this research by attending Empowered Relief® (ER) practice sessions delivered by our newly trained ASPMN ER nurse instructors. Thank you for that support!  

We know that not everyone who wanted to attend ER at that time was able to, so we are offering an Empowered Relief class again, free to all ASPMN members. Attendance at this class does NOT constitute participation in the ERA study and does not require attendees to be individuals living with persistent pain. The purpose of this presentation will be to provide you with a brief overview of the ERA study and the ERA recruitment flyer, and an opportunity participate in the full ER class as an educational experience. 

When: Wednesday, January 17th, at 4pm Pacific/5pm Mountain/6pm Central/7pm Eastern via Zoom. This class will be about 2 hours 15 minutes duration. You will receive a certificate of completion.
