Clinical LPN New

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and creating a positive impact on people’s lives? Our dynamic and patient-focused aesthetic plastic surgery practice is seeking a personable and dedicated Clinical LPN Specialist to join our team.

Located in our beautiful facility at 2155 East Paris Ave in Grand Rapids, Drs. Bengtson, Alfonso, Dr. Horriat and their team serve patients from all over the state of Michigan, the United States, Canada, and Europe requesting safe, quality surgical and non-surgical cosmetic solutions and unique specialty services.

We are growing and in need of a caring, patient-focused LPN to join our team. This position utilizes the clinical process to provide comprehensive care during all phases of our patient’s journey with our expert team of Providers. You will provide patient care in both the Clinical and Ambulatory setting to prioritize the needs and safety of each patient, while working in coordination with other health team members.

The ideal candidate is kind, caring, efficient, patient focused, organized, and self-motivated. This individual works with a sense of independence, while being a team player to prioritize work to meet deadlines. The Clinical LPN is a primary support for the performance and day-to-day activities within the team. This individual is responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality care and service through blended hands-on and leadership by example approach.

Minimum Education/Experience:

• Current Certification as an LPN required
• Experience working as an LPN in a similar environment or capacity
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience preferred
• Knowledge and experience of preparing syringes and nonsurgical procedures
• Technologically advanced

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as an important contact for incoming patient concerns, offering compassionate support and expert guidance.
• Evaluate patient needs over the phone or electronically, ensuring prompt and accurate triage to the appropriate providers or clinical team members.
• Collaborate with our dedicated professionals to streamline communication and provide seamless patient experiences.
• Educate patients on pre-procedure and post-procedure care, ensuring clarity and utmost confidence in their surgical journeys.
• Preparation of supplies needed for the day/week’s patients
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions in our system, ensuring every concern and solution is documented accurately.

• Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting—bonus points if it’s in aesthetics or plastic surgery!
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex medical terms into patient-friendly language.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and a calm, professional demeanor, even in fast-paced situations.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also take the initiative and work independently.
